Tips for Valeem Parents!
Parents are often concerned regarding the academic progress of their child. Getting the best for the child is a dream of every other parent. At Valeem, we strive to provide our students with the best online learning services, thereby helping your child in achieving the desired grades.
Following tips will help parents in keeping track of the academic progress of their kid.
1- Parent Teacher Meeting
We request parents to collaborate with the online tutors and setup at least one parent-teacher meeting a month. Getting regular feedback from the tutors will help you know where your child stands in terms of exam preparation. Apart from that, you can also highlight and discuss the areas where you feel that improvement is required from the tutor’s end.
2- Get the study plan from tutor uploaded on LMS and review it monthly
Having clear course coverage targets is essential. Tutor and student should devise a study plan that sets timelines for course coverage, past papers practice, revision, mock examinations and so on. Request your tutors to draw the timelines and get them uploaded on Valeem LMS. Keep referring to them on weekly/bi-monthly basis.
3- Know about all the study resources
Your child must know about all the study resources that are to be used for exam preparation. He/she must also know from where to acquire them. List of the most important ones is provided below.
