Selection criteria:
We are always in search of great teachers!
Valeem is proud to have only the best online tutors on board. You are advised to prepare well for each stage in order to proceed further. Only 3% of the total applicants who apply are able to make it to the final stage. Thereby, all applicants are advised to apply only for the respective subjects/courses in which they have themselves scored well.
Selection process and useful tips:
Stage-1: Submission of Online Form

Make sure that you provide us all the necessary details.

Make sure that you mention the respective scores for the subjects that you are applying for.

Teaching experience should be mentioned in detail, since this plays an important role in subject/course allocation.

Stage-2: Online Interview

Interview’s schedule and details shall be emailed to the selected candidates. Alongside, a confirmation message will also be sent. Many times the email lands in junk/spam folders of your mailbox. You are advised to check it when you receive the interview message from our team.

Punctuality of time is very important.

Come prepared with your online teaching materials.
Stage-3: Online Demo Recording

You will receive the timings for recording the online demo through email.

Read the guidelines provided in the email.

Go through the tutorial on how to record your demo.
Stage-4: Online Training Course

The shortlisted candidates are required to complete a short online training course. This helps them in learning the use of necessary softwares and hardwares for online classes.

Shortlisted candidates are required to complete the training course within 2 days following our email.

Once this course is completed, the candidates will receive the official selection email.
Stage-5: Allocation of Online Class

Make sure that you have an introductory presentation ready before your online demo with students.

Get all the information about the student from our team. So, that you have a good idea about the need(s) of the respective student(s).
Stage-6: Class Feedback from Student and Confirmation

Once your demo with the students is done, we shall collect their feedback and proceed accordingly.
Note: Applicants are shortlisted at each stage of the selection process.

What are the registration charges for tutors?
A small registration fee is taken from the tutors who qualify in the 4th stage of our recruitment process. Payment is made through bank deposit.
What is the compensation plan? How much can Valeem online tutor expect to earn?
100% of the tutors who have qualified through our selection process have been placed with multiple students for demo classes. The final compensation plan depends on the kind of help students require/number of classes per week/duration of online sessions/number of hours per week/ number of students in the group etc. The compensation plan is briefed to the teacher before the regular classes commence.
Valeem wants to ensure that the cost of taking online tuition and the compensation plan of the teachers is fair.
